It's a spacious 1300 sqft, was just fully remodeled, retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light. Recharge from your trip in style with a fully equipped kitchen, three new comfortable beds, 55" TV, sofa, work & dining area, new bathrooms, walk-in closet, and free off-street parking. Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. The home is on the 1st floor of a 2 unit building, you have one aprtment above you. The entire space was remodeled and furnished in 2020 and includes hard wood floors, a plush king bed and two memory foam queen beds, a large 55" TV with Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, ESPN+ & Amazon Prime. There is a comfortable sofa sectional and arm chair with coffee table, dining table and chairs, three comfortable desks for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and back yard. The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks. The bathrooms, like everything else, are brand new and spacious with a vessel sink, floating vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, hair drier, iron and ironing board. Both showers include bath tubs. The unit has it's own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, did I mention it's just a few houses from the beach :), with both on and off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors. No instant booking for local guests, if you are local please reach out to us explaining the reason for your stay. You will have private access to the entire apartment. The shared spaces include the back yard, patio and laundry room and they are shared with the one other unit in this building. We will interact with guests as much or as little as they like. We're happy to help with recommendations on getting around the city and surrounding areas, on local attractions, and our favorite places to eat. Wollaston is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is 150 yards away and only a 1-2 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only a few blocks away and many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is also a nearby park and playground. You can access the home very easily by car or public transportation. We are a 17 minute, 0.8 mile walk from the North Quincy T Station on the Red Line which gets you downtown in 25 minutes. We live close to highway 93 which provides quick access to Boston and the South Shore. You can drive to downtown Boston in 15 minutes, the airport in about 15 minutes, Plymouth in 45 minutes and to Cape Cod in an hour. These times can vary with traffic. Included is one driveway parking spot and any additional cars can park for free on the street. Street parking does not require a permit and there are no time limits, note it is a oneway street and you can only park on the North side. This apartment is in a two unit building, both units are short-term rentals. The sound insulation is good but not perfect, please be courteous to your neighbors.
