Enjoy a comfortable stay in this beautiful, newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment only 150 yards to the beach and convenient access to Boston by car (15-25min) or public transport (30-45min). It's a spacious 1000 sqft, was just fully remodeled, retains plenty of character and boasts loads of windows and light.

Recharge from your trip in style with a fully equipped kitchen, 3 new queen mem foam beds, 55" TV, new sofa, work & dining areas, new bathroom, walk-in closet, and free off-street parking.

Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building. The entire space was remolded and furnished in 2019 and includes hard wood floors, three memory foam queen beds, a large 55" TV with Netflix, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Discovery+, Disney+, ESPN+ Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Curiosity. There is a second TV in one of the bedrooms, a couple of comfortable sofas with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and back yard.

We enjoyed our stay in Quincy. The apt had everything we needed from coffee, snacks, shampoo & conditioner, pack n play & high chair. Our stay was only one night so we didn’t get to explore surrounding area.

The location and the hosts were the highlights of our stay. Being just a block from the water made morning and evening walks a joy, and having a dedicated, off-street parking space made loading and unloading our luggage much easier. The bathroom amenities, such as the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispenser, are helpful for anyone who may have forgotten to bring their, and the kitchen has a small 6 cup drip coffee maker as well as a Keurig.Todd was an exceptionally attentive, responsive, and empathetic host. When we discovered an issue with mold in the original window AC units, he immediately addressed our concerns and had brand-new units installed the very next day.However, future guests should be aware that the home’s electrical system struggled to support the AC. Running the upstairs AC unit consistently tripped the breaker, which meant we were unable to comfortably cool the upper level during our stay. Once the AC situation is resolved, which I'm confident it will be, it would make for a much more comfortable experience. Overall, we deeply appreciated Todd's prompt communication and dedication to resolve the unexpected issues and make our stay enjoyable.

Todd’s place met our needs as the space is fully outfitted, beds are comfy with space to store our gear. The neighborhood is quiet and it was nice to have a dedicated parking space. The place is meticulously maintained . It was easy to park at the T station on our day trips into Boston and we enjoyed nightly walks along the boardwalk.
