This apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. It is on the 2nd floor of a 2 unit building, the entire space was furnished and decorated in 2020 and includes hard wood floors, two memory foam king size beds, a large 55" TV with Netflix, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Discovery+, Disney+, ESPN+ Hulu, Amazon Prime, Peacock, and Curiosity. There is a comfortable sofa with a fold out queen size bed, loveseat with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, private in-unit laundry room, and three season sun porch.

We stayed at Todd’s place while I was attending a conference in Boston. It was a nice, quiet, and safe place. Even so, I could easily reach central Boston by car. I would definitely come again next time I’m in Boston.

Well represented property. Well equipped and very good communication/information provided by the hosts. We really enjoyed the backyard patio area and also the use of a BBQ. It was a perfect place to relax and for our little dog to enjoy some open shady space. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot off the street. It is well situated close to the "T" red line transit (either walking or a short drive to the park and ride at North Quincy station). We used it to travel to Fenway for a Red Sox game. We would stay there again if we ever need a place in the area again. Thanks!!

Todd’s place was a great one night stop on our way further north. It was super clean, uncluttered and very comfortable. With dogs, the fenced yard was a major plus as well.
